1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Unified Search ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Unified Search for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

  • You may install the Extension on multiple devices
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
  • You may not redistribute or resell the Extension

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Free Plan: Available to all users with limited features.

Premium Plans: Paid subscriptions unlock additional features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate billing information
  • Paying subscription fees on time
  • Protecting your account credentials

4. Payment & Refunds

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Automatic renewal unless cancelled.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support for refund requests.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Extension for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
  • Share your premium account with others
  • Violate the terms of service of third-party AI providers
  • Use automated scripts to bypass usage limits

6. Intellectual Property

Unified Search, including all code, design, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

7. Third-Party Services

Unified Search integrates with third-party AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
  • Changes to third-party APIs or pricing
  • Violations of third-party terms of service

You are responsible for complying with each AI provider's terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We provide the Extension "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Unified Search for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Non-payment of subscription fees

You may terminate by uninstalling the Extension and canceling your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or the Extension. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
